Customer Support Executive – Non Voice Process (International)

Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Support Representatives for our International Non-Voice Process, where you will interact with customers through email and chat support. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong written communication skills and enjoy solving customer issues without voice calls.

You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and upholding our global service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via email and chat support
  • Provide accurate, clear, and timely solutions to customer concerns
  • Maintain a strong understanding of products, services, and company policies
  • Ensure high-quality responses aligned with international service standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Update customer interactions and case details in CRM systems
  • Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time benchmarks
  • Maintain professionalism and a customer-first approach at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer support platforms (preferred)
  • Ability to adapt quickly to process updates and client requirements

Experience

  • Experience in International Non Voice / Email / Chat Support preferred
  • Freshers with strong English writing skills may also apply
  • Prior experience in BPO, customer support, or international process is an advantage
