Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Representatives for our International Non-Voice Process. In this role, you will handle customer queries through email and chat while ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in written communication and enjoy solving customer issues without voice interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat
  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions within SLA timelines
  • Maintain a strong understanding of products, services, and company policies
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Document interactions clearly in CRM systems
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service and professionalism

Requirements

  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Prior experience in non-voice customer support is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools

Preferred Qualifications
