Responsibilities

Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand client coverage by offering additional products that meet their needs.

Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide informed advice to clients.

Requirements

Licensing: Active Iowa Property & Casualty License is a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is beneficial.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for client interaction.
