Role Overview

We are looking for a Freelance Java Instructor who can deliver engaging and practical training sessions for learners. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching Java concepts, mentoring students, and helping them build strong backend development skills. The instructor will also design training materials, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions on Java and backend development concepts
  • Create structured lesson plans, training modules, and coding exercises
  • Mentor students and assist them in solving programming challenges
  • Evaluate students through assignments, tests, and practical assessments
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve student performance
  • Stay updated with the latest Java ecosystem and industry practices
  • Adapt teaching methods based on different learning levels

Required Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Java programming
  • Experience with Server-Side Development
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
  • Familiarity with REST API development
  • Knowledge of JPA / Hibernate
  • Understanding of SQL and relational databases
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Prior training or teaching experience is a plus
