  • Support upgrades, migrations, and integration of control systems (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Honeywell, Emerson DeltaV, ABB, etc.)
  • Design and implement control logic, HMI/SCADA configurations, and real-time data communications
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across PLC/DCS platforms and networked environments
  • Collaborate with instrumentation, process, and IT teams to ensure system compliance with operational, cybersecurity, and safety standards
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation including control narratives, schematics, and version history
  • Participate in change management, system validations, audits, and disaster recovery planning

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field
  • 5–10+ years of experience programming and maintaining PLC and/or DCS systems in industrial settings
  • Hands-on expertise with one or more platforms: Siemens S7/TIA Portal, Allen-Bradley RSLogix/ControlLogix, DeltaV, Honeywell Experion, ABB 800xA, etc.
  • Strong understanding of industrial control systems, field instrumentation, SCADA, and HMI development
  • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, OPC, Ethernet/IP)
  • Familiarity with IT/OT network segmentation, ICS cybersecurity principles, and compliance (e.g., ISA/IEC 62443, NERC CIP)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in industries such as chemicals, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, power generation, or water utilities
  • Familiarity with version control tools, change tracking, and backup systems for control programs
  • Ability to script or automate tasks using Python, VBScript, or shell scripting
  • Experience working with MES, data historians (e.g., OSIsoft PI), or industrial databases

What We Offer:

  • Opportunity to work on complex, real-world automation and process control systems
  • Collaborative and technically strong environment with professional growth opportunities
  • Competitive salary, health benefits, and potential relocation assistance
  • Exposure to IT/OT convergence, smart manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 technologies
