Passione per il Food is expanding its international sales network and is looking for experienced Independent Sales Agents / Commercial Representatives across Europe, with a priority focus on Poland.
Other European markets will also be considered.

We are an Italian company representing high-quality Made in Italy food producers. Our portfolio includes olives, lupin beans, truffle products, buffalo mozzarella, and other premium specialties selected for retail, foodservice, and distribution channels.
Role Description
We are seeking freelance, B2B self-employed sales professionals (samozatrudniony Przedstawiciel Handlowy in Poland) with solid experience in the Food & Beverage sector who can promote and sell Italian food products within their local market.
This is a fully independent, commission-based B2B collaboration and not an employment relationship. No employment contract (umowa o pracÄ™) is offered.
What You Will Do
Represent selected Italian food brands in your territory.
Manage and expand an active customer portfolio (retailers, distributors, HoReCa, specialized shops).
Develop new business opportunities and negotiate commercial agreements.
Provide regular reports on market trends, results, and client needs.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Agent / Commercial Representative in the Food & Beverage sector.
Existing portfolio of food-sector clients in the local market.
Strong knowledge and appreciation of high-quality Made in Italy products.
Fluent in Polish and English or Italian.
Freelance B2B status (samozatrudnienie, VAT-registered or equivalent).
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work autonomously and manage the full sales cycle.
