Key Responsibilities

  • Engage & Connect: Share leadership and personal growth programs through digital platforms and purposeful conversations.
  • Conduct Discovery Conversations: Facilitate structured, values-based interviews with individuals exploring growth and partnership (training provided).
  • Onboard & Develop Others: Support new clients and partners through onboarding, learning pathways, and leadership development.
  • Grow as a Leader: Participate in optional global trainings, leadership calls, and mentoring programs.
