Job Description

Position Type: Independent Contractor – IT Dev VA / Junior-Senior Level (Remote)
Location: Anywhere (Fully Remote)
Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM PST (flexible depending on client)

Overview:

20four7VA is seeking skilled Web Development Coordinators / Technical Support VAs to support multiple client websites. This role involves website updates, landing page creation, troubleshooting, and collaboration with marketing teams to ensure optimal user experience and performance across platforms.

Contractors will provide professional, task-specific services aimed at improving business efficiency, service delivery, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Development & Maintenance

  • Develop and maintain websites for 15+ client companies.
  • Implement site redesigns, structural updates, and visual improvements.
  • Audit websites for performance, usability, and functionality.

Landing Page Creation

  • Create and update campaign-specific landing pages.
  • Optimize pages for SEO, conversions, and marketing objectives.

Content Updates & Collaboration

  • Update website content (text, images, banners, CTAs) with marketing team input.
  • Ensure alignment with branding and campaign messaging.

Technical Troubleshooting & Support

  • Resolve website issues such as broken links, formatting errors, or bugs.
  • Ensure minimal downtime and smooth website performance.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor website performance with tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple website projects concurrently.
  • Maintain documentation for all updates, changes, and projects.

Required Skills:

Technical Skills

  • Experience with CMS platforms: WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP.
  • Knowledge of website analytics (Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
  • Understanding of UX/UI design principles.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Strong communication to translate marketing requirements into web updates.
  • Ability to create concise reports on project progress and site performance.

Organizational Skills

  • Ability to handle multiple projects for different clients simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in addressing website improvements.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Experience with landing page A/B testing.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
  • Independent, self-motivated, and proactive.

Terms & Engagement:

  • Operates under a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work.
  • Independent contractor role (not employment).
  • Compensation is processed through 20four7VA based on the engagement terms.
