Role Description
• *This is a part-time W2 role for a Human Resources Manager at one of our client organizations (a medical specimen testing lab in South Renton, not far from South Center Mall, with roughly 30 employees). This role is 3 days per week (8 hours each day, 24 hours per week), on-site, with the full wage listed for this job posting.**

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations, auditing processes and documentation, developing employee engagement programs, implementing strategies to enhance workplace culture and retention, and more.

Qualifications

5+ years of
• HR Management, Employee Engagement, and Workplace Culture Development skills
• Ability to work independently, requiring self-motivation and self-direction (you would be the sole HR professional within the organization)
• Experience in conducting HR assessments and developing HR strategies
• Strong knowledge of Washington labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a part-time and on-aite setting
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the consulting or HR industry is a plus
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Organizational Psychology, or related field

Salary
• The salary range for this part-time role begins at $40,000 to $45,000
