Job Description

USA Winzons is seeking a skilled and operations-focused Hub Operations Manager – Distribution & Supply to lead the performance and coordination of multiple distribution hubs. In this fully remote role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing inventory flow, managing logistics performance, and ensuring supply continuity across regional hubs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across multiple distribution and supply hubs remotely
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, inventory movement, and fulfillment accuracy
  • Monitor KPIs such as hub efficiency, order accuracy, delivery timelines, and cost control
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams, 3PL providers, and internal departments
  • Implement process improvements to enhance hub performance and scalability
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations, or Supply Chain Management
  • 4+ years of experience managing multi-site logistics or distribution operations
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Proficient in WMS, ERP, and logistics platforms
  • Experience managing remote teams and operations preferred
