Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives
  • Conduct research and analysis on HR trends to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth and effective HR operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or pursuing)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws is a plus
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Experience

  • Internships or coursework in HR or related fields preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus
