Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment: post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
- Support onboarding and training for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR programs.
- Conduct research on HR trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or pursuing one).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws is a plus.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Experience
- Previous internship or coursework in HR is desirable but not mandatory.
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.
