Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment: post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
  • Support onboarding and training for new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR programs.
  • Conduct research on HR trends to support strategic decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

  • Previous internship or coursework in HR is desirable but not mandatory.
