  • Basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Experience

  • Previous internship or coursework in HR or related field is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles can be beneficial.
