Eligibility Criteria

  • Women candidates only
  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
  • Freshers, homemakers, and career returnees are welcome
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Basic computer knowledge (typing, email, chat tools)
  • Must have:
    • Desktop or Laptop
    • Stable internet connection
    • Power backup (UPS/Inverter preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle chat-based customer support for Blinkit users
  • Assist customers with:
    • Order tracking
    • Refunds & cancellations
    • Delivery-related queries
    • General account support
  • Provide polite, empathetic, and accurate responses
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions
  • Follow company processes and quality guidelines
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior teams when required

Work Schedule

  • Rotational shifts (including evenings/weekends)
  • 9 hours per day (including breaks)
  • 6 days a week
