Job Summary
The Elite Job is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Data Analyst Trainee to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in data collection, analysis, interpretation, and visualization while supporting departments in making data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data
- Support data cleaning and transformation processes to ensure accuracy
- Present findings and contribute to team discussions
- Assist in preparing documentation and presentations for stakeholders
- Stay updated with industry trends and analytical tools
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, or Python
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
Experience
- No prior experience required; freshers are welcome
- Internships or academic projects related to data analysis are a plus
