Job Summary

The Elite Job is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher Data Analyst Trainee to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization, helping various departments make data-driven decisions. You will play a key role in harnessing data to drive strategic initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with team members to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
  • Support data cleaning and transformation processes to ensure data accuracy.
  • Participate in team meetings to present findings and contribute to discussions.
  • Assist in creating documentation and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and tools to enhance analytical capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, or Python for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Experience

  • Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
  • Internships or academic projects in data analysis are a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
