Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for international clients professionally
- Explain and promote web agency services clearly and confidently
- Respond to customer queries, objections, and concerns efficiently
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets (call quality, conversions, response time)
- Share customer feedback with internal teams for service improvement
- Follow company policies, communication guidelines, and data privacy standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral or international accent
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills
- Confidence and persuasion ability in voice conversations
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (preferred, not mandatory)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet work-from-home setup
Experience
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in international voice process / call center preferred
- Freshers with outstanding communication skills and learning ability are welcome
Working Hours
- Flexible shifts aligned with US / UK / Australia time zones
- Rotational shifts (including weekends as per client requirements)
- Full-Time and Part-Time options available
