Role Overview

We’re looking for someone to build and run Nas.io’s mentorship programs end-to-end — from designing the learning experience to sourcing top experts, coordinating operations, and driving program performance. You’ll own mentorships as a core customer‑acquisition engine, working closely with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to launch high‑impact programs s role is perfect for someone who’s highly organised, fast‑moving, and excited to create education experiences that help people start and grow online businesses.

Your Experience Includes:
• 5–10+ years in education, program management, creator/growth operations, community building, or similar roles.
• Proven success launching or scaling online education or cohort‑based programs.
• Experience working directly with creators, experts, or high‑visibility partners.
• Strong operational capability — building SOPs, managing timelines, launching multiple initiatives in parallel.
• Global or remote work exposure; comfortable leading across time zones.
• Experience in a fast‑paced startup where speed is a core value.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and own the full strategy for mentorship programs as a core customer‑acquisition engine.
• Design high‑impact curriculums and learning paths with clear student outcomes.
• Source, vet, and negotiate terms with influencers, experts, and KOLs to lead mentorships.
• Oversee end‑to‑end program operations (planning, scheduling, onboarding, delivery).
• Create SOPs and scalable systems to run multiple mentorships smoothly at once.
• Collaborate with Marketing to craft campaigns, hooks, and launch timelines.
• Manage partner relationships and ensure high mentor satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with design/video/product teams to deliver all program assets on time.
• Track KPIs (revenue, attendance, completion, NPS) and optimise programs based on data.
• Lead and grow the education team, ensuring consistent quality and strong execution.
