The selected candidate must have a proven track record of acquiring new clients in the U.S. and India and must be able to bring active client relationships and generate revenue shortly after joining. This is NOT an operations, delivery, or GCC setup role. This role is strictly for proven revenue owners and client hunters. Key Responsibilities (NON-NEGOTIABLE) Revenue Ownership (MANDATORY)Own end-to-end revenue generation for IT & Non-IT staffing and IT servicesCarry annual and quarterly revenue targetsBuild, manage, and close a strong sales pipelineForecast revenue and drive predictable growth New Client Acquisition – USA & India (MANDATORY)Acquire new logos in:United StatesIndia (domestic market)Sell and close:IT StaffingNon-IT StaffingIT Services / Project ExecutionOpen doors with:Direct enterprise clientsMSPs / VMS programsPrime vendors and system integratorsPersonally lead prospecting, negotiations, and deal closures Candidates must demonstrate prior recent client wins in the U.S. and India.
