Position Summary
As a Guest Experience Expert, your role goes beyond traditional check-in and check-out processes. You will create memorable and unique guest experiences by taking initiative to provide a wide range of services, from addressing guest requests to sharing local highlights. You are empowered to proactively manage operational needs, complete reports, and assist guests in every aspect of their stay.
This position requires a hands-on approach, including standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods, and performing light physical tasks such as moving, lifting, or carrying objects weighing up to 10 pounds. Delivering excellent guest experiences consistently is key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized service to guests, ensuring a memorable stay.
- Process operational tasks, complete reports, and respond to guest requests.
- Provide information about local attractions and experiences to enhance the guest stay.
- Uphold company policies, confidentiality, and quality standards.
- Maintain professional appearance, communication, and demeanor.
- Support a safe work environment and protect company assets.

- Work Experience: No prior experience required.
