Job Title: Senior Designer

Location: Adalaj, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities Overview:

Design Leadership: Lead creative design projects across various digital platforms—social media, websites, digital ads, and video—while maintaining brand consistency and high-quality standards.

Motion & Video: Create engaging motion graphics and video edits using After Effects to enhance digital storytelling.

UI/UX & Web Design: Design user-friendly web and mobile interfaces using Figma in collaboration with developers.

Graphic Design: Produce static and dynamic visuals using Photoshop and Illustrator for use across digital channels.

Collaboration & Ownership: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, product), manage multiple design projects end-to-end, and present creative concepts to stakeholders.

Innovation & Mentorship: Stay current with design trends and tools, while mentoring junior designers and ensuring visual consistency.

Skills & Experience Required:

4+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).

Strong skills in motion graphics, video editing, and UI/UX design (Figma).

Solid understanding of typography, color, branding, and digital design trends.

Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
