Job Description:

As a Graphic Designer at USA Winzons, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. Your designs will play a key role in our digital presence and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Creation: Develop high-quality graphics for various mediums including digital ads, social media, websites, and print materials.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and client specifications.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and content teams to understand project needs and deliver designs that meet those requirements.
  • Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback and revisions to refine designs and ensure they align with client and company expectations.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends and techniques to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
