Job Description:

As a Graduate Data Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting data to support decision-making processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that drive performance and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Reporting: Create clear and concise reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Work with various teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
  • Problem Solving: Identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Tools & Software: Use tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for analysis and reporting.
  • Data Quality: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for analysis.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in data science, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies.

Salary:

  • Hourly Rate: $15 to $20 per hour.
