The Global Agency & Accounts (GA&A) team drives revenue growth across key enterprise advertisers and agency partners worldwide. We help brands achieve measurable business outcomes on TikTok through strategic consultation, product expertise, and data-driven campaign optimization.

The Amazon Growth segment is a strategic priority. This team partners with Amazon and Amazon-focused brands to unlock scalable performance and brand-building opportunities on TikTok.

About the Role

The Global Sales Team Lead – Amazon Growth is responsible for defining strategy, driving revenue, and leading a team of Brand Partnerships Managers covering named global accounts.

Reporting to the Head of Global Amazon Business, you will serve as both:

  • A strategic advocate for clients
  • A people leader developing world-class sales talent

Success in this role requires strong leadership, relationship management, consultative selling, performance storytelling, and the ability to connect TikTok solutions directly to client revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Design and execute the global business plan, commercial strategy, and long-term growth roadmap
  • Deliver against global revenue targets while identifying new expansion opportunities
  • Prioritize and refine sales narratives aligned to client objectives
  • Drive product feedback and enhancements that unlock incremental revenue

Client & Commercial Excellence

  • Build executive-level relationships with key Amazon stakeholders and agency partners
  • Champion a consultative, Customer First methodology
  • Guide clients through full-funnel campaign strategies
  • Translate campaign performance insights into actionable growth plans
  • Diagnose and resolve performance challenges quickly and effectively

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of individual contributors
  • Provide thought leadership on account planning and business development
  • Coach team members to become trusted strategic advisors to clients
  • Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Market & Product Expertise

  • Maintain a strong understanding of vertical market trends and retail media dynamics
  • Translate technical product capabilities into compelling business value
  • Leverage campaign measurement insights and data analysis to optimize performance

Minimum Qualifications

  • Leadership experience in digital advertising, ad sales, or brand marketing
  • Proven track record managing and mentoring high-performing teams
  • Experience working with advertisers across the full marketing funnel
  • Strong relationships with senior marketing decision-makers at brands and agencies
  • Analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from campaign data
  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business narratives
  • Experience with ad verification partners (IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT)
  • Experience working with large enterprise retail or e-commerce accounts
