Job Description

Responsibilities
• Architect and implement GenAI applications, including LLM-based chatbots, automation agents, and domain-specific AI systems.
• Manage all stages of the model lifecyclefrom data ingestion and preprocessing to training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Build reusable components, pipelines, and frameworks to accelerate AI development and ensure engineering consistency.
• Optimize LLM inference through prompt engineering, model compression, and integration with vector databases when needed.
• Develop CI/CD workflows for automating testing, packaging, and deploying AI services.
• Ensure security, compliance, and reliability standards are embedded in all AI/ML solutions.
• Lead troubleshooting and debugging for production AI systems and manage continuous improvements.
