Fusion Education (San Diego, USA) is expanding its robotics and STEM programs for children aged 6–16. The company creates engaging, hands-on learning experiences that introduce kids to coding, robotics, and design thinking.

Fusion Education is seeking a talented curriculum developer to create Fusion-branded courses for various educational platforms.

Position Details

  • Role: Course Developer – Robotics, Coding & STEM
  • Type: Full-Time, Contract

  • Education: Graduate (Engineering or Computer Science preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Develop full Robotics & Coding courses under the Fusion branding.
  • Write step-by-step lessons, worksheets, and assessments.
  • Create and test lessons for multiple platforms:
    • LEGO Spike Essential & LEGO Spike Prime (Block + Python)
    • Micro:bit
    • Scratch
    • MIT App Inventor
    • Minecraft Education
    • 3D Design (Tinkercad/Onshape)
    • 3D Printing workflows
  • Test all projects for clarity, feasibility, and age appropriateness.
  • Prepare course assets such as images, diagrams, and teacher notes.
  • Package courses for LMS or Wix portal delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience with at least 2–3 of these platforms: LEGO Spike, Scratch, Micro:bit, MIT App Inventor, Minecraft Education, Tinkercad, Python.
  • Strong written English and ability to create content for children.
  • Experience teaching or mentoring kids is a plus.
  • Background in Engineering, Computer Science, or STEM fields preferred.
  • Ability to create interactive and engaging course content.
