Role Overview

Are you a creative and driven software engineer with a solid foundation in computer science and the desire to build next-generation Internet-facing applications? As a Fullstack Engineer at Veloxcore, you will collaborate with architects and senior developers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality features for web applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development: Design, develop, and test new features alongside senior developers. Deliver thoroughly tested and functional code.
  • Design: Understand business requirements and participate in software design discussions.
  • Research: Explore and implement new technologies and components to solve problems effectively.
  • Debugging: Troubleshoot production issues as required.
  • Estimation: Provide accurate work estimates and be accountable to those timelines.

Skills & Requirements

  • Education: BS or MS in Computer Science or relevant Engineering discipline
  • Strong understanding of OOP fundamentals
  • Proficiency in at least one modern object-oriented language (C# or Java)
  • Hands-on experience with server-side frameworks: ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API
  • Familiarity with web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, jQuery
  • Exposure to test-driven development and continuous integration
  • Bonus Skills: React/AngularJS, REST API, Grunt/Gulp/Webpack, MS SQL
  • Version control experience with Git or similar tools
