Internship Overview

As a Full Stack Web Developer & Website Manager, you will take end-to-end responsibility for website development, deployment, maintenance, and monitoring. This internship provides hands-on experience managing live production websites while working with modern frontend, backend, and DevOps tools.

Key Responsibilities

1. Frontend Development

  • Build responsive and mobile-friendly UIs
  • Implement clean, accessible, user-centric designs
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimized performance
  • Skills Required: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React / Next.js / Vue, Tailwind / Bootstrap / Material UI, UX & WCAG basics

2. Backend Development

  • Design secure and scalable backend architectures
  • Implement business logic, authentication, and role-based access
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs
  • Skills Required: Node.js (Express/NestJS) or PHP (Laravel) or Python (Django/FastAPI), JWT/OAuth

3. Database Management

  • Database design and schema management
  • Maintain data integrity, backups, and optimization
  • Skills Required: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ORM (Sequelize / Prisma / TypeORM / Eloquent)

4. API Integration

  • Integrate third-party APIs (payment, email, analytics)
  • Ensure error handling and fallback mechanisms
  • Document and test APIs using Postman / Swagger

5. DevOps & Deployment

  • Server setup, deployment, and monitoring
  • CI/CD pipeline setup
  • Hosting, domain, SSL management
  • Skills Required: Linux server, AWS/DigitalOcean, Nginx/Apache, Git & GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD basics

6. Security & Compliance

  • Implement OWASP Top 10 security measures
  • Prevent HTTPS, CORS, CSRF, XSS vulnerabilities
  • Ensure secure authentication, password hashing, backups

7. Website Maintenance & Monitoring

  • Bug fixing and performance monitoring
  • Dependency updates and uptime/log monitoring
  • Tools: PM2, Supervisor, basic analytics, error tracking

8. Documentation & Communication

  • Maintain clean, well-documented code
  • Explain technical decisions clearly
  • Provide timely status updates and realistic timelines

Eligibility

  • Computer Science / Engineering students
  • Freshers or candidates with prior full-stack development experience
  • Ability to start internship between 4th Feb – 11th Mar 2026
  • Available for 6-month duration
  • Experience in managing live websites preferred
