This is a hands-on, production-level internship where you will manage complete website development and maintenance — from frontend to backend, database, APIs, deployment, and security.

You won’t just write code — you’ll take end-to-end ownership of live systems.

🔹 Role Breakdown & Responsibilities

1️⃣ Frontend Development

• Develop responsive & mobile-friendly UI
• Implement clean, accessible, user-centric designs
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility
• Optimize performance (page load speed & UI smoothness)

Required Skills:

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• React / Next.js / Vue (any modern framework)
• UI Libraries (Tailwind, Bootstrap, Material UI – preferred)
• Basic UX & accessibility (WCAG fundamentals)

2️⃣ Backend Development

• Design secure & scalable backend architecture
• Handle business logic & authentication
• Build and integrate APIs

Required Skills:

• Node.js (Express / NestJS)
  OR PHP (Laravel)
  OR Python (Django / FastAPI)
• RESTful API development
• Authentication (JWT / OAuth / session-based)

3️⃣ Database Management

• Database schema design & indexing
• Data integrity & optimization
• Migration & version control

Required Skills:

• MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
• ORM (Sequelize / Prisma / TypeORM / Eloquent)
• Query optimization & validation

4️⃣ API Integration

• Third-party API integrations (payments, email, analytics, etc.)
• Proper error handling & fallback systems
• API testing & documentation

Required Skills:

• REST / JSON APIs
• API security & rate-limiting
• Postman / Swagger

5️⃣ DevOps & Deployment

• Server setup & monitoring
• CI/CD pipelines
• Domain, SSL & hosting management

Required Skills:

• Linux server handling
• AWS / DigitalOcean / VPS
• Nginx / Apache
• Git / GitHub / GitLab
• CI/CD basics (GitHub Actions / pipelines)

6️⃣ Security & Compliance (Must Know)

• OWASP Top 10
• HTTPS, CORS, CSRF, XSS prevention
• Secure authentication & password hashing
• Backup & recovery planning

7️⃣ Website Maintenance & Monitoring

• Bug fixing & updates
• Dependency management
• Uptime & error monitoring

Preferred Tools:

• PM2 / Supervisor
• Log monitoring tools
• Basic analytics & error tracking

8️⃣ Documentation & Communication

• Clean & reusable code
• Clear documentation

💰 Stipend Structure

Fixed Pay: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 / month
Incentives: ₹2,000 – ₹5,000 / month

Upon successful conversion to permanent role:
₹2,50,000 – ₹6,00,000 per year
