About the Internship

This internship offers an exciting opportunity for Computer Science Engineering students or freshers to work on end-to-end web development, including frontend, backend, database management, API integration, and DevOps deployment. As a Full Stack Web Developer, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining websites, ensuring security, scalability, and performance. This role is ideal for individuals eager to work on live projects, gain hands-on experience, and learn from industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Frontend Development

  • Develop responsive and mobile-friendly UI.
  • Implement clean, accessible, and user-centric design.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility.
  • Optimize performance (page load, UI smoothness).

Required Skills:

  • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React / Next.js / Vue.
  • UI Libraries (Tailwind, Bootstrap, Material UI preferred).
  • Basic UX & accessibility understanding (WCAG basics).

2. Backend Development

  • Design and implement secure, scalable backend architecture.
  • Handle business logic, authentication, and role-based access.
  • Create and integrate APIs.

Required Skills:

  • Node.js (Express / NestJS), PHP (Laravel), or Python (Django/FastAPI).
  • RESTful API development.
  • Authentication (JWT / OAuth / session-based).

3. Database Management

  • Design databases, manage schema, relations, and indexing.
  • Ensure data integrity, backups, and optimization.
  • Perform migrations and version control.

Required Skills:

  • MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB.
  • ORM (Sequelize / Prisma / TypeORM / Eloquent).
  • Query optimization & data validation.

4. API Integration

  • Integrate third-party APIs (payment, email, analytics, content tools).
  • Implement error handling & fallback mechanisms.
  • Create API documentation & testing.

Required Skills:

  • REST / JSON APIs.
  • API security & rate-limiting.
  • Postman / Swagger experience.

5. DevOps & Deployment

  • Set up, deploy, and monitor websites and servers.
  • CI/CD pipeline setup.
  • Manage domains, SSL, and hosting.

Required Skills:

  • Linux server handling.
  • AWS / DigitalOcean / VPS hosting.
  • Nginx / Apache, Git, GitHub / GitLab.
  • CI/CD basics (GitHub Actions / pipelines).

6. Security & Compliance

  • Implement website and API security best practices.
  • Protect against vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10, HTTPS, CORS).
  • Secure authentication and password hashing.

7. Website Maintenance & Monitoring

  • Bug fixing and performance monitoring.
  • Regular updates and dependency management.
  • Monitor uptime, logs, and errors.

Tools (Preferred):

  • PM2 / Supervisor, Log monitoring, Analytics & error tracking.

8. Documentation & Communication

  • Maintain clean code and proper documentation.
  • Clearly explain technical decisions.
  • Provide timely status updates and realistic timelines.

Required Soft Skills

  • Ownership mindset (end-to-end responsibility).
  • Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong discipline in meeting deadlines.
  • Transparency in progress and challenges.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience in full-stack development or proven portfolio with live projects.
  • Experience in managing production websites is mandatory.
  • Experience handling live/production websites, clean code practices, documentation, and structured development approaches.
  • Candidates should have strong technical competence, professional integrity, and the ability to manage technical responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Computer Science Engineering students or freshers are encouraged to apply.

Stipend & Perks

  • Fixed Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month.
  • Incentive Pay: ₹2,000 – ₹5,000 per month.
  • Job Offer: On successful conversion to a permanent role, expect a salary of ₹2,50,000 to ₹6,00,000 per year.
