Full-Stack Web Developer (Vue.js + Node.js)

Instinctive Studio is a Bangalore-based digital solutions company working across education, enterprise tools, and AI-powered products. We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience building production web applications using Vue.js and Node.js (Express).

JOB DESCRIPTION

You’ll be part of the core engineering engine that keeps a large, multi-faceted product sharp and evolving.

1. Ongoing Product Development & Support
• Solve real issues: handle support tickets, triage bugs, and ship quick, clean fixes
• Improve constantly: push incremental upgrades to existing modules
• Build forward: contribute to new features and modules alongside the core team

2. DevOps & Deployment Work
• Maintain our infrastructure across internal and client environments
• Monitor uptime, logs, performance, alerts
• Handle deployments, patches, rollbacks, environment configs
• Work primarily on Azure (no certificates needed — real experience matters)

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• 3+ years building commercial full-stack apps
• Strong proficiency in Vue.js, Node.js, and Express
• Confidence deploying and maintaining systems on Azure
• Comfortable with Git workflows, debugging, and writing clean, maintainable code
• Curiosity: you’re the kind of developer who experiments, learns, and levels up continuously
