The ALI division is launching a new digital ecosystem for a brand new company initiative, with a headless CMS architecture, unified design system, advanced search, personalization, and integrated marketing technologies.

🔑 Role Overview

The Full Stack Web Developer will be central to building Hexagon ALI’s next-generation web platform. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable front-end components, back-end services, and integrations across the digital ecosystem.

This role requires collaboration with UX, design, content, and marketing teams, ensuring the platform is performant, secure, scalable, and globally-ready.

🛠 Responsibilities

Front-End Development:

  • Build modern, scalable front-end components using React and TypeScript.
  • Translate UX/UI designs into performant, reusable components.
  • Ensure responsive and accessible design across devices.

Back-End Development:

  • Develop secure, scalable APIs and services using Node.js or similar technologies.
  • Integrate with headless CMS platforms (Contentful preferred), ensuring efficient localization, content modeling, and deployment.
  • Integrate Mar Tech and data tools (analytics, tag management, DAM, personalization, search e.g., Algolia, GTM, Cloudflare, Qualified).

System & Code Quality:

  • Contribute to CI/CD workflows, version control, and automated testing.
  • Maintain a shared component library for consistency across campaigns, landing pages, and product experiences.
  • Ensure global and multilingual readiness with scalable architecture and i18n patterns.
  • Perform QA, readiness testing, and debugging for a stable, enterprise-grade platform.

Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical best practices.
  • Drive technical quality, code reviews, documentation, performance optimization, and monitoring.
  • Support adoption of Agile practices and accelerate iteration cycles.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7–10+ years hands-on full-stack development experience in SaaS or digital environments.
  • Expertise in React, TypeScript, Node.js, front-end frameworks, and modern web architectures.
  • Proven experience with headless CMS platforms, ideally Contentful, including content models, localization, and rendering patterns.
  • Strong understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs, integration patterns, and Mar Tech tools.
  • Experience with cloud hosting, CDNs, performance engineering (Cloudflare, Vercel, AWS preferred).
  • Knowledge of component-based design systems, accessibility, responsive design, and SEO best practices.
  • Familiarity with DevOps fundamentals, CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testing.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative with cross-functional teams.
