Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Web Developer to join our growing team in the financial software industry. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates looking to build hands-on experience working across both frontend and backend systems. You will learn our existing architecture and contribute to the development of our next-generation web platform.

Candidates must be willing to work in-office at least 3 days per week after completing a 90-day full in-office probationary period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and maintain the architecture of Integra’s existing web applications
  • Support ongoing development and maintenance of the current codebase
  • Gain familiarity with backend libraries used to process and deliver large data sets
  • Collaborate with the system architect to design and develop a new frontend platform
  • Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization
  • Contribute to scalable, responsive, and user-friendly web solutions

Required Qualifications

  • Entry-level candidates welcome
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following:
    • C#, ASP.NET
    • HTML, CSS, JavaScript
    • jQuery, Angular, or related frameworks
    • PHP, Python, or other programming languages
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Knowledge of responsive design frameworks or Material Design principles
  • Understanding of finance, lending, or mortgage industry systems
  • Experience working with full stack development concepts
