Role Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Full-Stack Web Developer to join our development team in Columbus, OH. You will be responsible for implementing internal and external web applications, supporting marketing content updates, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, Laravel, Joomla, HTML, JavaScript (jQuery), XML, and MySQL.
  • Translate designs into functional and maintainable web interfaces.
  • Maintain clean, well-documented code and adhere to best practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other business units to implement features and updates.
  • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Participate in version control workflows using Git or SVN.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience developing web applications with PHP, HTML, JavaScript (jQuery), XML, and MySQL.
  • Proficiency in LAMP stack and frameworks like Laravel and Joomla.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in small teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with shopping cart design and payment integrations.
  • Knowledge of APIs and cloud services like AWS.
  • Experience with graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and video platforms like YouTube.
