Target Salary: $100,000 – $250,000, depending on experience level
Citizenship / Clearance: U.S. citizen with active TS/SCI FSP required

Role Overview

Task Force Talent is recruiting Full Stack Software Engineers at all experience levels for multiple government contractors in the DC area. Positions span junior, senior, and expert roles, with a focus on high-security environments such as SCIFs. Candidates are matched to clients based on skills, preferences, and clearance level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications for government clients
  • Work in high-security, SCIF environments, collaborating with small and large teams
  • Contribute to front-end and back-end development projects
  • Implement solutions with security, scalability, and performance in mind
  • Support software development lifecycle (SDLC) from design through deployment
  • Engage in client-specific technical tasks based on project requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI FSP clearance (no sponsorship available)
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Experience with any major programming language: Python, Java, C/C#, JavaScript, etc.
  • Experience with databases: SQL, Elasticsearch, or similar
  • Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Flexibility to work on multiple assignments and client projects

Preferred / Optional Experience

  • Background in AI, cybersecurity, quantum computing, or government technology projects
  • Comfortable with SCIF protocols and secure software development practices
  • Ability to adapt to multiple client environments

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $100K – $250K, depending on experience and client
  • Multiple openings with government contractors; compensation varies by assignment
