Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to design, build, and enhance cloud-native, API-driven applications that power LPL’s advisor onboarding experience. You will serve as a technical subject matter expert, guide developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative digital solutions using .NET, Angular, AWS, and event-driven microservices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of full-stack solutions using .NET Core, Angular, REST APIs, and AWS services.
- Design and implement scalable services using Domain-Driven Design, API-first architecture, and microservices.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners, and QA teams on technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, demos, and code reviews.
- Provide advanced debugging, performance troubleshooting, and production support.
- Guide and mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-stack development experience with .NET Core / .NET Framework.
- 4+ years building RESTful APIs, microservices, and Angular applications (TypeScript, components, modules, DI).
- 4+ years hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront, Fargate/EKS).
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, DocumentDB).
Preferred / Optional Competencies:
- Expertise in distributed systems and scalable architecture.
- Familiarity with machine learning integration and AI-powered developer tools.
- Experience with Kafka or event streaming architectures.
- Strong communication skills and ability to mentor team members.
