We are seeking a senior Full Stack Java Developer to work on critical development projects. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining both backend and frontend components for enterprise applications.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Core Java applications.
  • Build Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs.
  • Work with Oracle databases for data persistence and queries.
  • Develop frontend features using modern frameworks (React preferred).
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business needs and deliver solutions on time.

Business / Project Context:

  1. Digital Quoting:
    • Enable clients to generate real-time quotes efficiently.
  2. Insurance Inspector:
    • Enhance client-facing applications for multi-state policy management and insurance inspection workflows.

Required Skills:

  • Core Java (10+ years experience preferred)
  • Spring Boot development
  • Frontend development (React or similar frameworks)
  • Oracle database knowledge

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Reactor or reactive programming
  • Familiarity with agile development practices

Qualifications:

  • Senior-level experience (~10 years) in full-stack development
