Job Title:

Full-Stack Software Developer – HIPAA + FHIR, Form Automation

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Software Developer to design and build both the frontend and backend of a healthcare-focused platform. The system requires HIPAA compliance and FHIR compatibility.

The platform will dynamically generate custom JotForm forms via YAML → JSON workflows, and integrate scheduling and payments through Setmore and/or Square.

This is a high-priority project, and we are looking for developers who can work independently while delivering high-quality, secure, and compliant code.

Scope & Timeline:

  • Core product build: 8 weeks
  • Testing and refinement: 1 month
  • Engagement: Full-time or part-time available
  • Ongoing maintenance & enhancements: Optional, after initial delivery

Key Requirements:

  • Strong full-stack development experience (frontend + backend)
  • Proven experience with HIPAA-compliant systems
  • Familiarity with or ability to implement FHIR standards
  • Expertise in JSON and YAML for dynamic form workflows
  • Experience with API integrations (scheduling, payments, third-party platforms)
  • Ability to work independently with clear milestone delivery

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in healthcare or digital health applications
  • Knowledge of form engines, intake systems, or workflow automation
