Role Overview

Plante Moran is seeking a Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET, React, and SharePoint Online/Microsoft 365. The role involves developing and maintaining custom solutions in a SharePoint environment, integrating Microsoft 365 services, and supporting enterprise architecture standards.

This is a hybrid role, with flexibility under the “Workplace for Your Day” model, but generally requires principally in-person work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and C# .NET
  • Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services and third-party APIs
  • Customize SharePoint branding and user interfaces
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and security best practices
  • Build GitHub actions for CI/CD, maintain version control and pull request processes
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation
  • Stay up-to-date with SharePoint and M365 updates, presenting solutions with a consulting mindset

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in .NET and React development
  • 2+ years of experience in SharePoint Online/M365
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT
  • Experience with:
    • Client-side: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PowerShell (CSOM/PnP)
    • Server-side: Azure Functions, Azure SQL, webhook services
  • Knowledge of GitHub actions and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
