About the Role

Monza, Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Developer to work closely with product managers, data teams, and engineers to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications. The ideal candidate is skilled in both frontend and backend development, database management, API design, and responsive mobile-first application design.

You will contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with development teams and product managers to ideate and plan software solutions.
  • Design client-side and server-side architecture for web and mobile applications.
  • Build the frontend of applications with appealing and responsive visual designs.
  • Develop and manage robust databases and backend systems.
  • Write effective APIs to connect frontend and backend services.
  • Test software to ensure responsiveness, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software solutions.
  • Implement security measures and data protection settings.
  • Ensure applications are mobile responsive and user-friendly.
  • Write technical documentation to support development and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to enhance application functionality.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with exposure to both frontend and backend technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
  • Backend experience with Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing APIs.
  • Understanding of software testing, debugging, and security best practices.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently while collaborating with distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
