Job Description

We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java Spring Boot (backend) and React.js (frontend) to enhance and maintain our web platform. The project focuses on building new features, optimizing performance, integrating APIs, and improving UI/UX for better scalability and usability.

This role is ideal for developers who can deliver secure, production-ready web applications end-to-end and collaborate closely with leadership and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend services using Java Spring Boot.
  • Build and optimize frontend components using React.js/TypeScript for responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Integrate and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
  • Improve performance, security, and scalability across the platform.
  • Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and write clean, maintainable code with proper documentation.
  • Collaborate via GitHub/GitLab and follow agile development practices.
  • Contribute to long-term platform improvements and support ongoing maintenance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in Java (Spring Boot) backend development.
  • Hands-on experience with React.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and JWT-based authentication.
  • Experience with application deployment on AWS, Docker, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment.
  • Knowledge of Redux, React Query, or similar frontend state management tools.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture.
  • Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC) and security best practices.

Project Scope

  • Implement new modules and features.
  • Refactor existing code for performance, clarity, and maintainability.
  • Support bug fixes and ongoing platform maintenance.
  • Contribute to overall platform scalability and enhancements.
