Company: Rise Technical Recruitment (for a world-leading manufacturer)
Location: Phoenix, Arizona (4 days onsite, 1 day remote possible)
Salary Range: $75,000 – $100,000 + Bonus + Pay Reviews

Role Overview

Join a small, close-knit team (4 people) to play a key role in the global rollout of ERP (Infor M3) and CRM (Dynamics 365) systems. The role combines hands-on development, configuration, customization, mentoring, and long-term progression toward an ERP Solution Expert / Business Analyst role.

The environment is code-agnostic but primarily C#; developers from Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript backgrounds are encouraged. Modern AI tools such as Claude Code and Cursor are leveraged for efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands-on full stack development (front-end and back-end) for ERP and CRM systems
  • Develop, configure, customize, and optimize business applications
  • Play a key role in international go-lives of ERP/CRM (travel 1 week at a time)
  • Mentor and support 2 junior developers (technical guidance, not managerial)
  • Progress toward ERP Solution Expert / Analyst responsibilities
  • Maintain high-quality standards, clean code, and functional business systems

Required Skills & Experience

  • ERP and/or CRM experience (Infor M3 and Dynamics 365 preferred)
  • Strong coding background in C#, Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript
  • Comfortable with international travel (~1 week at a time)
  • Willingness to work 4 days onsite in Phoenix
  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and mentoring skills
  • Ambition to progress toward ERP Solution Expert / Analyst role
