Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications.

  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define requirements and implement solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (front-end + back-end).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and a modern front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
  • Experience with server-side development (Node.js, Python, .NET, or similar).
  • Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and building scalable applications.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and cloud-based architectures.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and critical-thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for civic technology or public sector solutions.
  • Experience integrating with government or civic APIs.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
