Role Overview

The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain scalable web and cloud-native applications. The position emphasizes working in a fast-paced, agile environment, collaborating with stakeholders, and implementing proof-of-concepts using emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain full-stack web applications supporting company initiatives
  • Collaborate with teams, product managers, and SMEs to implement technical solutions
  • Conduct rapid proof-of-concepts (POCs) with emerging tools and technologies
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure
  • Participate in code reviews and promote coding best practices
  • Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and proactively implement improvements
  • Collaborate across multiple teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Stay current with evolving technology and customer needs

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of professional full-stack development experience
  • Front-end proficiency: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue.js
  • Back-end proficiency: Java, Node.js, Python, .NET, Ruby on Rails, or equivalent
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL/NoSQL) and REST APIs
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, and source control tools
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
  • DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
  • Familiarity with GenAI / Agentic AI tools for coding/testing
