Role Overview

Plante Moran is seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong .NET and React experience to develop and maintain custom solutions within a SharePoint Online/Microsoft 365 environment. This role will involve both front-end and back-end development, including integrations, branding, and UI/UX customization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and C# .NET.
  • Translate complex functional and technical requirements into sprint plans and release schedules.
  • Ensure alignment of applications with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Estimate efforts and apply SharePoint and Azure architecture patterns.
  • Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services and third-party APIs.
  • Customize SharePoint branding and user interfaces.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user-centric solutions.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of SharePoint data and applications.
  • Stay updated on latest SharePoint features, updates, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in .NET and React development.
  • 2+ years experience with SharePoint Online/M365 technologies.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of client-side technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PowerShell (CSOM/PnP).
  • Familiarity with server-side technologies: Azure Functions, Azure SQL, webhook services.
  • Experience building GitHub actions for CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
