About the Project
We are a startup seeking a senior, seasoned full-stack developer to build a complete AI-powered web application from scratch. This is a full product build, not a small feature update.
The ideal candidate is comfortable driving the plan, design, development, and deployment end-to-end, including building and embedding automated AI agents directly into the application.
You will deliver a production-ready, stable system suitable for early users, with a clean structure, functional documentation, and maintainable code.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop the full-stack application: frontend, backend, and database.
- Build AI-driven functionality and embed automated agents within the app.
- Define architecture, workflows, and data structures suitable for scalable MVP deployment.
- Implement rapid MVP prototypes using vibe coding and AI-assisted development tools (Lovable, Base44, etc.).
- Integrate automated workflows and action-driven AI agents using tools like n8n or LangChain.
- Ensure a production-ready, performant, and stable application.
- Provide basic documentation for deployment, system architecture, and AI agent functionality.
Required Skills & Experience
- Extensive full-stack web development experience, preferably for startups or SMBs.
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications and embedding intelligent agents.
- Proficient in vibe coding and AI-assisted development workflows.
- Experience with automation platforms (n8n, LangChain, etc.) for actionable, user-facing AI features.
- Strong understanding of frontend frameworks, backend architecture, and database design.
- Ability to deliver production-ready MVPs with rapid prototyping, testing, and deployment.
- Strong problem-solving, project ownership, and communication skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with action-driven AI agent design and workflow orchestration.
- Experience with user-facing AI features and agent-based automation embedded in web apps.
- Previous work in highly iterative startup environments.
