Job Description

USA Winzons is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fulfillment & Delivery Operations Manager to lead order processing and final-mile logistics across our nationwide delivery network. This fully remote role requires hands-on coordination of fulfillment teams, courier partners, and real-time shipping performance to ensure fast, accurate, and cost-effective deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily fulfillment workflows and delivery timelines across all zones
  • Manage relationships with 3PL providers, shipping carriers, and internal logistics teams
  • Monitor order processing, packing accuracy, and final-mile performance
  • Analyze delivery KPIs and implement improvements in efficiency and cost
  • Resolve delivery-related issues and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with inventory, customer service, and supply chain departments

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management
  • 4+ years of experience in fulfillment and delivery operations
  • Strong knowledge of shipping systems, courier coordination, and WMS tools
  • Excellent problem-solving, planning, and communication skills
  • Experience in remote team management and logistics coordination
