Job Title: Frontend WordPress Developer

📍 Location: Ahmedabad
🕒 Work Mode: Initial 3–4 Months Work From Office (WFO), then Remote
📅 Working Days: 5 Days a Week
💼 Experience Required: Relevant Frontend WordPress Development Experience

🚀 Key Responsibilities

  • Implement new features and functionality in WordPress websites
  • Establish and guide website architecture
  • Ensure high performance and availability of the CMS
  • Develop responsive designs and convert them into fully functional WordPress themes and plugins
  • Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability
  • Support backend developers in troubleshooting and coding
  • Perform third-party integrations and API integrations
  • Maintain WordPress multi-network and multilingual websites

🛠️ Must-Have Technical Skills

Frontend Expertise:

  • Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
  • Responsive website development
  • CSS frameworks & preprocessors: SASS, LESS, Bootstrap, CSS Grid
  • Ability to convert layouts and wireframes into working HTML pages

WordPress Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of WordPress structure & plugin architecture
  • Experience developing custom themes and plugins
  • WooCommerce project experience
  • Exposure to WordPress multi-network & multilingual sites
  • Experience with 3rd party integrations

Tools & Integration:

  • Comfortable using debugging tools (Chrome Inspector, Firebug, etc.)
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs (JSON, XML) – Mandatory
  • Proficient in version control tools: Git / SVN / Mercurial
  • Understanding of PHP backend development
