We are seeking a skilled Frontend Web Developer responsible for managing the development, maintenance, and optimization of the company website. The role involves working closely with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to ensure the website is visually appealing, user-friendly, and technically robust. The ideal candidate has strong frontend expertise and a passion for creating responsive, high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and ongoing improvements of the company website.
  • Design and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
  • Collaborate with designers and backend teams to integrate visual elements and functionality.
  • Optimize website performance, speed, and scalability.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
  • Maintain code quality through best practices, testing, and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.
  • Implement SEO-friendly structures and accessibility standards.
  • Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements based on user behavior.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Frontend Developer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of web development principles and UI/UX concepts.
  • Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.

Required Skills

  • HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript expertise
  • Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Responsive and mobile-first design implementation
  • Version control systems (Git)
  • Website performance optimization
  • Cross-browser testing and debugging
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs integration
