Job Description:

We are seeking a Frontend Tech Lead to drive the development of cutting-edge web applications across multiple platforms. The role requires working in a highly collaborative environment, leading cross-functional teams, and communicating complex technical challenges and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of modern web applications using JavaScript, Angular, React, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and AJAX.
  • Guide and mentor large teams, including client-facing and consulting staff, to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and backend teams to build scalable, performant, and maintainable applications.
  • Conceptualize and implement Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions.
  • Maintain high standards of code quality, technical excellence, and architectural best practices.
  • Drive technical discussions, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making throughout the product delivery lifecycle.
  • Apply strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, RUP, etc.) to manage project workflows efficiently.
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly in both technical and business-friendly language.
  • Foster collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience leading large teams in technology engagements.
  • Expertise in frontend frameworks and technologies: JavaScript, Angular, React, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and AJAX.
  • Strong understanding of web application architecture, ECM solutions, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or similar SDLC methodologies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
